The Akechi Kadono Regional Farm Stay Promotion Council (hereinafter referred to as the “Council”) will promote the protection of personal information by establishing a personal information protection policy, establishing a system for protecting personal information as follows, and ensuring that all employees are aware of the importance of personal information protection and taking measures.

The Council shall manage and maintain a security system in order to keep customer's personal information accurate and up-to-date, and to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, falsification and leakage of personal information. The necessary measures such as thorough education, implement security measures and strictly manage personal information, shall be also taken.
